Terms of use
By using Prodify you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Service
Prodify helps you track and analyse studio sessions, streaks, and social features among friends. Prodify requires an active subscription. Features and availability may evolve.
2. Account
You are responsible for keeping your password secure. Content you submit must not infringe third-party rights or violate applicable law.
3. Community guidelines
Prodify has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. Do not post or send content that harasses, threatens or bullies others, promotes hate or discrimination, is sexual, violent or illegal, or is spam or impersonation. Comments containing prohibited language are filtered automatically.
4. Reporting and blocking
You can report users and comments and block users directly in the app. We review every report within 24 hours, remove content that violates these terms, and suspend or permanently ban the accounts responsible. Blocked users can no longer find you, add you or see your activity.
5. Subscriptions
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Manage or cancel in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Use Restore Purchases in Prodify after reinstalling or changing devices.
6. Availability
We strive for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access — for example during maintenance or force majeure.
7. Liability
Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. To the extent permitted by law, we are liable for intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence we are liable only for breaches of essential contractual duties and limited to typical, foreseeable damage.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. We will notify you of material changes in the app or otherwise as appropriate. Continued use after notice may constitute acceptance where permitted by law.
